Spring 2016 marked the turning of a new leaf, as mutual friends and fate’s gentle nudge brought Maria and Shantanu back together. Their connection, undeniable from the start, quickly blossomed into an inseparable bond, with each moment together deepening their love and commitment.

From the refreshing Pink Guava welcome drink to a cocktail hour filled with delectable bites like Khasta Kachori Chaat and Shrimp Pepper Fry, each dish was a celebration of taste and tradition. The dinner menu offered a gastronomic journey through India, with highlights including the creamy Malai Kofta, the robust Chicken Tikka Masala, and the exquisite Goan Shrimp Curry, all accompanied by an array of Indian breads.

The dessert station was a sweet conclusion to the feast, featuring Falooda Kulfi, Mango Mousse, Gulab Jamun Trifle, and Paan Rasmali, each a testament to the couple’s thoughtful consideration of their guests’ diverse palates.
